The Interior Dwelling course costs $30.00 plus GST.
The purpose of this course is to provide a thorough and comprehensive visual overview of the typical problems found on the inside of a residential dwelling. Upon completion of this course you will have a solid understanding of common defects and issues in areas such as foundation, framing, stairs, handrails and guards, attic ventilation, insulation, mould, common defects. You will also have an thorough knowledge with respect to the impact that substandard workmanship has on the interior of a dwelling.

This floor joist has been cut through in order to provide room for a plumbing drain. Not only were no provisions made to support the floor joist, but to add to the situation, the gap left was then used as a chase for electrical wires. This defect requires repair. |
At the end of this course is a multiple choice test. When a minimum passing grade of 75% has been obtained, a Certificate of Completion will be forwarded by email.
