If you are having trouble logging into
the password protected area, please try the following.
1. It appears that some older internet
browsers are not capable of accessing the secure area. If you are
using Windows XP as your operating system, Internet Explorer version 6.0 and
7.0 can be obtained as a free upgrade online, just go to Microsoft
Updates and follow the procedures.
2. Some anti-virus software packages do
not permit access to the secure area of the website.
Depending on the software, open your anti-virus software and check to see if
there is a setting for "Trusted" or 'Approved" websites. Once
you have set the
website as an approved or trusted site, you should be able to
login without any problem.
