1. Full Package Inspection Costs (plus GST)

under 1,000 square feet                  $310.00

1,000 to 2,000 square feet              $340.00

2,000 to 3,000 square feet              $380.00

3,000 to 4,000 square feet              $420.00

4,000 to 5,000 square feet              $475.00

5,000 to 6,000 square feet              $550.00

6,000 to 7,000 square feet              $650.00

7,000 to 8,000 square feet             $800.00

2. One-chek Inspection Costs

Single component inspections such as shingles, attic, foundation, grading, electrical, and plumbing for only $80.00 plus GST  (Aurora and Newmarket only).
